So I've had Gizmo for at least 5months now, and ever since I've had him he hasn't been very big on food in general..
He is offered crickets 3 times a day, and on about 4 out of 7 days he will turn his nose up at them. He wont touch his veg whatever I do or give him, I really have tried everything. If i put food in front of his face he just closes his eyes or gets mad. I am finding it increasingly hard to get on with his as everytime I try to pick him up or make a fuss out of him, he tries to take my hand off! He's sooo moody lol.
When he does take crickets he will only eat about 5 then stop, I've tried offering them to him dead which he wont go for, if they move too quick he gives up. I'm really stuck here, at 6 months old he seems so small and I know this is because he isn't eating
When he does eat he poos normally, I give him baths every other day, but I can't seem to shift his stress marks. Sometimes when I walk in the room he'll be this amazing bright white underneath, then as soon as I go to the glass he's almost black.
His temperatures are correct on both sides, and I have a Reptisun 10.0 running the length of the tank, he does bask a lot, but he hides just as much.
I'm really struggling here, my last beardy was so friendly and bright and he just doesn't wanna know me I really am considering giving him away, but I want to know if there's anything I can do before I make that decision.
