Help with superworms

Hi, I usually breed my own superworms and use these as a staple for my beardie, 19 inches, 600grms, 3 years old. He usually only eats rocket as a veg source even though he gets offered a variety of veg/fruit. I often give him locust when they are available as a treat and an odd dubia roach as ive just started breeding them. How many superworms a week/day do other people feed their beardies of this size? My guy will eat 6-8 every second day along with rocket. Your info will be appreciated.

6-8 every second day is fine.

You don't want to be giving more than 35~ a week.
