I got my baby about 2 months ago, she was maybe 6-8 inches, and now she's 9 and 1/2. She has not shed once and that is one concern? She weighs 39g, is this normal?
I thought I had cracked my problem a few days ago, when I realised why she was staying in the corner of her cool side all day long every day long, the enclosure was too hot! I turned off one of her heat lamps and for the next day she acted as normal and came out and basked and ate fine. However the past 3 days I've found her in her corner not moving !
I picked her up and placed her on her basking spot 5 minutes ago and she's yet to move. She does not eat much, I offer her crickets 3 times a day, but she only eats maybe 15 daily..do some dragons just eat less?

So my main worries are why is she not coming out from her bed? And is it normal how much she's eating? Thanks guys.

Do you have a digital thermometer?
Have you gotten a fecal done on her?
If her tank was too hot before, she may be dehydrated. Is her back wrinkly at all?
You can try giving her a warm bath and even mix some unflavored pedialyte In her bath or dilute it with 3 parts water and drop it on her nose and see if she licks it off.
39g isn't terribly underweight, but she could weigh more, which is why I asked about he fecal.
My girl was very small and had a small appetite as well, and I found out she had coccidia and pinworms without showing any other signs. She weighed 47g at 9" and 95g at 11" which is when I found out she had parasites and now at just about 12 inches weighs 115g and she's still on the medicine and not eating at all and still gained 10 grams with no food for almost a week, so parasites definetly stunt their growth/weight and appetite, so I would get one done.
If she has got one done, it may be something else. If all your lighting, temps and other husbandry are in order you may want to take her to a vet.
If you have a digital thermometer, a reptisun or Arcadia UVB mounted in her tank, solid substrate like tile paper towel reptile carpet or shelf liner, and have had a fecal then I would see a vet.

Absolutely everything to do with her set up is all in order (as I've been asking similar kind of questions leading to this one on the forum) and I know that her set up is all good. My first worry is "yikes.. she's really light compared to others" I just re weighed her and she's lost 4 grams, 35g now.
How do I go about getting a faecal done? Her closest reptile vet is an hours drive away.

Has she ever been to a vet? A lot of times they won't do a fecal unless the animal has been there at least once, but you can call around and see if one will let you drop on off to be checked.
Tracie, the moderator of this site may test it for you if you send her poo, but I'm not positive. She may advise you to take her in if she's never been seen though. Her user name is drache613 you can tell her you think she has parasites and there's no vet close, she may be able to help.

A healthy dragon shouldn't loose weight from not eating for a week or so as they brumate for weeks at a time without loosing a ton of weight, so everything points to parasites.
How's her poop look? Does it have an odor?

I'm in the UK unfortunatley, and I'm fairly sure Tracie is a bit further than an hour away from me haha!

Her poop seems normal, slightly wet urate but still solid, her poop looks normal, nothing in it, and a normal poop colour, smells as any poop would.

Is she your first beardie? What I found, since my girl is my first, is that I thought the smell was normal since I figured all poop smells, but now that I treated her for parasites her poop has no odor at all. I mean it wasn't bad at all before, I could just smell it when I cleaned it up, but now I had it about 6" under my nose (gross, I know! The things we do for our beardies) and smelled nothing at all. So the horrible odor people talk about smelling from another room isn't always the case.
And I didn't mean drop it off to tracie, you could mail it to her. With no vets around, that's probly your best bet.
Parasites left untreated can cause many many problems. And about 90% of babies have them.

Oh really? That's a possibility then! Don't want my baby having parasites!
Yeah this poor girl has never had a 'general check up' as such in her life :(.
I'll look into this parasite thing :)

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
