If your dragon is in shed, the little injury will shed differently at first . Is it slightly raised ? If so just watch it but you'll see it better after your dragon sheds. You can put a dab of Neosporin on it or raw honey but this probably be won't be a problem. Make sure there are no loose insects in the enclosure.
