Help! Not horrible, but I need help!

I walked in and Miss Buddy was flaring her beard and opening her mouth like she was trying to swallow something. She was also breathing a bit heavy. No black beard. There is a possibility of a gnat in her cage. I saw it in there and then it came out. The only things she could have eaten is crix, stirafome or greens! Help!!

It may be that something startled her. Gnats are harmless....is the styro loose or look like she may have eaten any ? Get loose pieces out ASAP. Hopefully she's not choking on some of it. Other than that she should be fine. Update when you find out about Miss Buddy....I hope she's O.K !

No, no loose pieces. I noticed that she just did it at ME. Maybe it just horemones?

I don't think so...maybe a piece of greens stuck in her throat that she's trying to get down, which they usually do.

An update: she's acting a bit more normal. The only weird thing is that she seems a bit anxious, she keeps getting off of her basking spot, then getting right back on again.
