Help me find the owner of this picture?

I was looking through the lovely Visitor Photo album on this site and came across a picture that looked exactly like what my beardie has. I want to find the owner of the picture or anyone who might be able to tell me what it is. The only difference between the picture and Prince is that Prince has a lot of swelling along with it. I would post the picture but I don't know who the owner is to get permission.

Yes that's the one. It looks a lot like Prince's lip. I really want to know what it was so I don't have to pay crazy vet bills. Thank you.
