Help... Im worried...

My baby is breathing really hard once a minute. Her chest starts heaving really heavy then she opens her mouth, then goes back to normal. Right now shes basking, its 90° or so... Im not sure whats wrong

Okay, we gave her a bath, and she stopped, maybe she was trying to loosen her shedding skin or something? Idk... But shes acting better now.

Are you saying she was only breathing about once a minute, or only breathing hard about once a minute and ok the other times?

Hi, sorry to confuse you she wad breathing fine the rest of the time, but would breath really hard and fast once a minute or so, and open her mouth. But after her bath she stopped. Do you think it was just her trying to losen her shedding skin? Thanks
