HELP! Hornworm Food! I'm out!

Ok so the hornworms have eaten thru their chow and I still have several left and they will die if I don't feed them.. Does anyone know something else I can feed them besides mulberry leaves?? Can I put them on oatmeal? Anything???

From Mulberry Farms' website:

There is enough food in each cup to raise several worms to full size. If however you run short on food, they may become cannibalistic. Larger worms can eat bell pepper or you can purchase additional Hornworm food from Mulberry Farms at http://www.MulberryFarms.com.

Think bell pepper might work until you can get more food?

Wish hornworms could be refrigerated... Makes reptiworms so easy! :wink:

Well I put a few carrots in there with them and they are eating on those.. I'm afraid it would take too long to get more food b/c they won't ship it out until monday or so.. Man i hate this.. I will get some bellpepper too.. Thanks!

Walmart really needs to start stocking the practical things - fewer fishing poles and towels and Twinkies, more bug chow!
