Poor little one, I hope you are able to bring him to health. It appears that he has been lost
for awhile. Especially since you live rural, there is no telling where in the world he actually
came from.
Please don't hesitate to ask whatever advice you need here, to get him all properly setup.
He looks pretty rough at the moment! They are very hardy reptiles though so it is amazing
he is still alive.
