Help! Blood work results?

Her most recent blood work results I just now received but I have no idea what they mean or how to understand them and her dr was supposed to call me today but he didn’t. And when I called he had already left for the day. I can’t wait until Monday to know. Can someone pls explain what’s going on with her. I appreciate any and all feedback, thank you.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay. Did you hear back from your vet today (Monday)?
What are they looking for, do you suspect gout or calcium issues?
I will need to review them a bit closer but upon first glance, the calcium is high & the
calcium to phosphorus ratio is off. Do they suspect eggs? I ask because most of the
time, the calcium is elevated if they are developing eggs or follicles. The Albumin is
high too which is usually elevated when they are developing eggs.
The AST or liver enzyme readings are in normal levels which is good.
The Uric acid or the kidney readings aren't bad but higher than I like to see it. Is she
still losing weight or has it stabilized?
It looks like the white blood cell counts might be off a bit but I'll take a better look at them
on Tuesday.

How are things going today, any improvements?
I hope you heard back from the vet. She may have a slight infection, her lymphocytes & white
blood cell counts are a bit low. Are you giving anything to boost her immune system right now?
Be sure to keep her a little warmer overnight, around 75-80F to help boost her system.
