Help beardie my be poisoned!

I had my bearded dragon, Dova, in my hands and while I was looking outside she ate a tomatoe leaf. I hadn't know they were highly toxic until just resently.. What can I do to help her? She's also been sluggish and more moody then usual. She's usual a calm an kind but she started hissing at me and puffing up.

Hello,

Yes, they are toxic, but hopefully it wont affect her too much. Were there any pesticides on
the leaf or not?
What you can do immediately is either get some activated charcoal from the local drug store, or
mix up some parsley, cilantro & some water or cranberry juice diluted. Blend those two things
with the fluids until smooth then give through a plastic dropper or syringe, a couple of times per
day.

No there were no pesticides on the plant, it was home grown. It was just a leaf. If possible I'll try to get her to have the herbal blend. Thanks for all your help. Btw do you know how fast the symptoms would come along?

Hello,

The symptoms should have probably already hit by now. You had mentioned she was lethargic
has that gotten any worse or not?
Also, try to keep her warm overnight, just around 80 or so in her tank, to help boost her immune
system right now.

That is great news Dova is doing just fine now! What a relief...you just never know how things
may or may not affect them. She was a naughty girl, but I'm glad to hear all is well with her.
