HELP!!!! bearded dragon sleeping

I just came back from work and found my bearded dragon halfway sleeping.She is at the bottom of her tank away from her basking spot the tanks temperature is in the high 90s. I offered her some crickets but she has not eaten them yet. Last time she had this behavior she had intestinal parasites so I have been keeping her tank very clean, and giving her baths about 4 times a week which was recommended by our vet. It is May here so I do not think she would be going into brumation and she is only about 14 months old. I am now getting worried Should I take her to the vet if her condition does not improve? Do you have a temperature gradient or is the whole tank in the 90s? It might be too hot if she can't move away from it for a bit. Have you taken her out of the tank and see how she reacts? It's possible she's just having a sleepy day too so keep a close eye on her for continued sleepy behavior. If she continues to act strangely, a vet visit isn't a bad idea. Can you post some current photos of her and her enclosure? That will help give me a better idea of her condition.
