Help are my bearded dragons eyes ok?!?!

I may just buy a uvb meter for my own peace of mind but what should the uvb be for him? Also ziggy and I thank you for all the help!! I actually moved his thermometer closer to his basking spot and it reads 104 now so I'm so happy about that!!

He is displaying some new behaviors right now and I don't know if they are normal or not. He beard seems kinda puffy and then he puffs it out and deflates it. He also hasn't gone up to his basking spot this morning. His eyes seem squinted but not closed and the eyelids are round at the top with I know is good but they seem a little too closed. And hes very flat laying down today
