Hey, I'm in Portland, so I've got a couple good suggestions for you!
There's a great store called House of Reptiles out in Tigard. They have super healthy, happy reptiles.
Bloodbank Dragons is also in Oregon, I believe they're down in Springfield. They are on this forum & have a website as well.
There's also Tropical Hut, which is in SE Portland. Terri rocks my world!
It really depends on how specialized you want to go.
Bloodbank is going to have the prettiest beardies, probably by a stretch. They are largely specialty breeders.
House of Reptiles also strikes me as somewhat over priced- at the same time it is the best reptile store I have ever been in by a long stretch! You can approve of the way they keep ALL their animals. Super clean, lots of space for each reptile, etc.
Tropical Hut... Well, I love them, but I don't choose to keep my herps the way they do. It's a small operation and a bit haphazard. They breed freakin' everything! From chamys, to BPs, to corns, to beardies, to frogs, etc. They sorta the more practical end of knowledgable... But you know, they don't follow our rules. They keep babies on sand and they breed younger, smaller dragons than I would personally choose. They feed their snakes live. That said, every time I've been in there every animal looked healthy in spite of being in conditions mine wouldn't be caught dead in. All the reptiles they breed are super, super reasonably priced (although their hardware is a bit spendy) AND they will order you 500 crickets for only $14! No shipping. I love it. I have a great relationship with the staff & owner and they've been very very helpful toward me.
Personally, I'd go for Bloodbank. It's nice to get an animal from a breeder.
