HEEELLLPPPPP please - kinda newbie

firstly thanks to all you guys on this forum as you have been a major help with all your comments when I was looking to purchase my viv and beardie.
anyways I have had my beardie 2 months now and all seemed great... but now for some reason he is developing stress marks and going quite dark BUT THIS IS ONLY WHEN INSIDE THE VIVARIUM... when he is out of it playing or bathing he is fine..
My temps seem fine (80 cool end and 110 basking) and he can get within 6 inches of a strip UV light.
I am at a loss with what is wrong with him.
any suggestions??

I say it sounds like he is just spoiled! :lol: He likes to get out of his viv, and he knows you'll do it if he flashes his stress lines!

As long as he is eating, pooping and gaining weight, I don't think there's anything to worry about.

Hello,

Which tube light are you using? The Reptisun 10, correct? Do you have a bright white basking light directly beside the tube bulb?
He could just be spoiled too & trying to get more attention!
