Heating Help. Please Help!

I have posted twice today and dont really have any answers. With winter here it is very hard to keep my girls tank up to temp and it maxed out today at 92 via my accurite therm. I have a 100 watt basking bulb and 75 watt incadescent going at same time for basking and temp and still only gets to 92. Do i need to go and purchase a new 150 watt dome and new 150 watt basking light? Help
