Heat/light/log placement question

I think I am going to get a heat only type bulb for over the basking spot, and a reptisun 10 for the UVB.

Would a 48 inch one of those fit in my old aquarium fixture? And would that be an appropriate solution? Or should I get a shorter bulb and fixture?

A UVB tube should fit in the aquarium hood just fine. The UVB should span 2/3 to 3/4 of the length of the tank so that your beardie can escape the UVB if he wants so would decide the length based on that.

So, plan is now to...

1 - replace solar Glo bulb over basking spot with a UVA only bulb on a dimmer.

2 - get 24-36 inch reptisun 10 w fixture

3 - get another light fixture with a low wattage bulb to brighten the cool side.

Then to get the sand out of there...

So I have a 75w UVA only bulb over the basking spot, and moved the Solar Glo over so he can only get within 19 inches of it.

The temps all look good, and the cold side is warmer, up to 74 at coldest point.

Will he get enough UVB from the current solar glo position? I am going to get a reptisun 10 and fixture when the solar glo goes. Make sense?

OK read some other threads and I moved the UVB closer to the Basking lamp. and up.
