Heat bulb turning off and dimming?! Help

Hi for a while I’ve had this problem where my beardie can bask for long because the light starts to turn of and dim. I’m not sure if it’s the thermostat or where the probe is. This fault doesn’t help with her health and plus it’s a new bulb I put in last week. It doesn’t fully turn off it just goes extremely dim and barely lights up. Please can you help me sort out this problem.

You need to get another bulb and test it - if it starts doing the same thing its the socket itself - if it doesnt then its the bulb
