Healthy and afforadable lighting

Hey everyone it's me! My Uromastyx Arlo is doing great. I would eventually like to replace his lighting set up in about 6 months. However, I would like affordable but effective lighting recommendations from some of y'all who have been around the block. Not every advertised UVB and heat set up is the best you know? Lemme know what you think below.

I don't know anything about lighting for a uromastyx
