He might be a she???

So I've had my beardie for about 2 months now and he is a little over 10' now from his nose to the top of his tail. I did the flashlight thing about a month ago and could have sworn he was a boy... But now just looking at it I think it might be a girl?? I can't find my flashlight. Here's some pics. Please help! I will be so freaking exited if it's actually a girl!

He looks like a boy to me based on the second photo, but I'm not certain. It looks like he has two bumps going down along the side of his tail.

Out of curiosity, why would you prefer it to be a girl? (not criticising at all, just curious)
