Happy Birthday HUGO...

Today Hugo is one year old. Weighing in at 566 grams and 19.5 inches long. This was my first dragon, and the experience has been great!! I got him Feb 21, 2012 at 6 weeks from Rio Reptiles. He was only 22 grams and 7 inches long.
He has been a great eater!! His favorites are still freshly molted Dubias, and superworms. He will eat turnip greens, but not crazy about other veggies. Hugo has the sweetest disposition, and loves to be cuddled. Every night I wrap him up in a soft blanket, and he goes to sleep on my shoulder.
We are not experiencing any brumation this year. He has been active all year. I have yet to see the bobbing head, but I know this will come.

LOL!! Hugo is so funny with the pup. He just ignores her. When she licks him, he doesn't black beard, but puffs up. He almost looks like a spikey ball with a tail. He has no fear!

Stella gives our dog the most horrible disapproving glares - he likes to sit next to her and look out the window, and she'll turn and look over at him like "YOU EMBARRASS ME, YOU KNOW THAT?"
