Happy beardie?

How can I tell if my juvenile bearded dragon is happy or angry? I have a friend with adult bearded dragons and he said if they are angry their tip of the tail and beard turns black. Is this the same for babies? How can I tell if my baby is happy or angry?

Look for alertness, curiosity, good appetite to indicate they are happy/content. If they are angry they usually flare or darken their beard or head bob. If they are sick they tend to act lethargic and have a black beard for an extended period of time.
