Handling after feeding...?

I was curious how many of you handle your dragons shortly after feeding?

I've always been told to allow them at least a couple of hours to digest food after feeding as well as to make sure they have at least a couple hours to soak up some heat to aid in digestion. But how long do you typically let your Dragon have their space to digest? I fed Phoenix about 50 crickets or so about 5 hours ago, and since then I've given her some salad. She's got a nice big belly, but was wondering how long digestion typically takes? I want to hold her, but I don't want to tamper with digestion and have another impaction scare like I did a couple months back.

1-2 hrs after eating is what I was told . Tho my girls often hold her within 30 minutes of eating and she is doing fine. but I would wait at least 1 hour after the dragon eats
