Guess what came in the mail today?

Now Scorch can go everywhere! I texted this pic to my sister-in-law and she thought it was an April fools joke. hey who says only dogs need strollers? My brother-in-law informed me that we must be bored if the highlight of our day is buying a pet jogger to take our lizards for walks. Oh well, I don't really care what anyone thinks, except for maybe Scorch or Toki.

No, house hasn't sold yet. But the pricey ones usually sit on the market for a long time. I have always sold my houses very quickly, but this is the first one that is multimillion so I am just gonna have to learn patience. Plus it couldn't be worse timing with the market and recession. Oh well, at least I am enjoying it for the time being.
Julien got his letter from Las Vegas Academy of Performing Arts last Monday. He wasn't really worried after the audition he had the end of January because he felt he had a strong performance of the material they gave him beforehand to learn as well as the sight reading they gave them to make sure they could read music. Plus it didn't hurt that he gets good grades and takes honors classes because they look at that too. His balloon of joy deflated a little when he found out that several of his good friends were rejected because of their grades. That was a bummer. But he is very excited to start there in the fall.
