Went out today to get some greens, accidentally picked up green chard instead of collards like I normally do. I know swiss chard binds calcium like kale, but will one week of regular green chard be okay, or should I just not feed greens this week?

Thanks!

It's ok to feed it, it's a bit more like spinach than kale. The "bindings calcium" just means that it isn't available to the body. A week shouldn't cause any harm - it long term that's a problem.

If you have plain calcium powder you can dust it a bit if your worried but it should be fine.
