Gray Spot On Tail?

I recently noticed this grey spot on my lizard's tail and I can't tell how to get rid of it or if I should just ignore it, I've tried bathing them more and switching their bulb to a smaller wattage (120W vapor instead of a 160W) but nothing seems to be helping, my best guess next would maybe some obscure nutrient? I may have to book a vet appointment, any ideas?

Hmm it could be shedding, I never even considered that since she's an adult.

The tail, especially on adults, sheds very slow, and often will look like that for awhile since it grows so slow into adulthood.

Quick update: it does indeed appear to shedding, even shedding on their arm a little bit, thank you!
