Good way to clean without hurting them

I need to know of a painless way to clean my beardie. Poor zombie I've given her two baths and she just doesn't want to get clean. I feel bad because I'm supposed to clean her and make her feel better. Anything would be appreciated.

We use a baby toothbrush and softy clean them with it. Some really enjoy it and some hate it.
