Does anyone have any credible and reliable places they order bugs from? Primarily crickets at the moment...

I ordered from Georgiacrickets.com since I live 2 hours from their location (they are a branch of Premiumcrickets.com or something) and out of the 500 crickets ordered there were maybe 10 that were alive when they arrived. At the moment it gets to about 45 degrees at night and goes up to 75 during the day so temperature isn't a huge issue. The box they were shipped in was rather small, crushed and you could see crickets were compressed on the OUTSIDE of the box and dead. I called them for a replacement order and have to pay $5 for them to ship another 500 crickets that I'm thinking will probably arrive dead despite overnight priority shipping and they are less than 2 hours from where I live.

Has anyone had issues with them or know any other good place to order crickets from? They all have the "Live Guarantee" crap, but when you actually read their policies it's a bunch of horse-squeeze and you have to pay them for screwing up your order. Not to mention that it's about to be winter and it remains between 5 and 40 degrees for ~4-5 months so I might actually drive out and pick up a huge supply of them or start breeding something...

Sorry but I dont order crickets. I do get reptiworms from reptiworms.com, silks and horns from costalsilkworms.com and butterworms form elliotsbutterworms.com. Alot of other people on here us mulberryfarms.com to buy feeders but I think their shipping is to much for me.

I just ordered my first batch of crickets from offline from Flukers, got 1000 for 15.95 plus 11.00 for shipping which isn't bad at all. Twenty-seven dollars for 1000 crickets is a good deal and they were all alive, took a day and a half to get here and they are the size I ordered, they even put food in there for them which was nice.

Years go I used to order from Armstrong Cricket, and had good luck with them (thats about 10 years ago though) would go through maybe 1500 a week back then, had a huge reptile collection. I just ordered a batch from them on monday but due to a mixup they won't actually ship until next Monday. Price was right, with their special this month it was 20.00 even shipped to my work. They probably have the best shipping prices, and if their product quality hasn't changed they should be a decent place to purchase.

I order my crickets from premiumcrickets.com Their quality and service is fantastic. Last batch of 1000 I ordered came with only 10 dead crickets :)

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
