Getting a 2yr old to eat greens

So my 2 yr old Noodle will not eat greens for the life of her. I usually feed her mustard greens with either green or red pepper and cilantro on certain days never together like today she has mustard greens with cilantro. Someone suggested why don;t I feed her every other day so I have been doing that but she still doesn't seem interested in her greens. I also was suggested why not put a super on her salad and leave her alone for an hour so she can eat. Well I have been doing that for a couple of weeks and she still doesn't eat her greens. I usually check on her after about 30 minutes and she is either climbed on her log or her branch and no greens are gone. So I will put a few more supers on her salad but I never feed her more than 5-7 of them every other day to her so she will eat her salad, but I have noticed on certain days most of her salad would be gone but not all. SO is there anything I can do to get her to eat more salad?

Move it around. wiggle it and make it more enticing, or spray it lightly with water. when i get a dragon that wont eat any greens, no matter what i do, i blend it up with water and some unflavored yogurt and cal/vitamins and syringe feed... though that isnt always desirable.
