Its really important to remember that dragons length and weight does NOT determine the age of the dragon. For instance you have 8week old babies that are 10"(which in my opinion is abnormally large for a baby?) my little rescue is 7-9months and is 10" and only 41g my 2-3 year old is 15.5" and 294g but thats the size of your typical 6month old... diet care ect is VERY important when giving size charts.
If your asking if your dragons where it should be look at these charts

Its a pretty good charts, but bear in mind that every dragons going to be different...
for 8 weeks a healthy size could be from 6-10" DEPENDING solely on what you feed for instance meal worms= very low nutrition vs. Silkworms=high nutritional value ect... , how often, wether your temps are spot on, how often you provide calcium and vite supplements, if you have the correct
UVB bulb, if your feeding the right types of greens, even the size of the enclosure can have some affect on how your dragon grows(although thats a debatable point)
even at 6" I would say that your dragons on the small side, specifically weight wise, 11g is very small... If you want to provide some of the basic care information there are lots of us here would would have no problems looking it over to see if there is something that could be changed or improved upon
