Fungus or something on head?

Help!!!!!!!!!! My guy has this weird kind of fungus looking thing. I was wondering what I should do to this? Should I put some sort of medicine on it? Like neosporin? Also what do you think this is? By the way he is also shedding. Thank you all so much

Hi there...that's not fungus, his head is just in full shed. You don't need to put anything on, it's fine.

Keep an eye on that brown spot after the shed. If it's still there or had grown bigger, then take him to the vet for a checkup.
