Freeze-dried insects?

So I went to a pet shop and I saw freeze-dried crickets and black soldier larvae (the brand was Pisces). however, I didn’t buy them. I searched if freeze-dried insects were good for bearded dragons. Lots of websites either said it was good for bearded dragons or it isn’t a staple for bearded dragons because it contains too much water. So I wasn’t sure if they are good for bearded dragons and if I can feed him freeze-dried and live insects as a staple diet. Is freeze dried insects good for bearded dragons?

I don't know if they are either good or bad, but i do know beardies are triggered to pounce by movement. I have had 7 total, i currently have 5, none of mine have never ate the bugs that died they will pick the ones that move out of the dish and ignore the dead ones. Your beardie MAY eat the freeze-dried bugs but more than likely he/she will just ignore them.

Definitely.
I got a dehydrator & I've dehydrated them fully grown.
You can use them for salad toppers or chicken feed.

Mine does. I use the flukers mealworms that are freeze dried and little ms mcfeardie loves them.

These will dry the dragon out-- that is why they say to gut load the live ones so they are getting hydration - watch the poops they will tell you if they are dehydrated - chalky and dry looking poop/ urate is dehydration
