I think the string to the end of the tail is a good idea. I tried to whole leash with my baby, and um.... He wiggled out of it! :lol: He did the little butt wiggle/adjusting thing and popped his arms, then body, out. It got stuck on his back legs. My silly little boy! :roll:

Yeah, that'd be Tank. He's pretty mellow, but I can't see a fancy harness on him. I have tons of ribbon and yarn. Will tie something around his tail. It's too cold in here to let him run around right now anyway
Actually, I came home, and he was 'out of it'. The DD had him out today, and he just laid on her. Seems he's decided its brumation time. That's okay. I'm letting him 'chill' where I can see him. He's under the heat lamp, and the DH rigged something to cover the screen up so it'll stay warmer. I put him on my chest and walked around with him and a blankie for awhile. He slept the whole time. So much for bonding again.
As for the dust bunnies, they've taken over this house...I can do a reenactment if you really want to see it! :roll:

Im so very happy you found Tanker I told the kiddos about you loosing him and about you finding him woot they was sooooo happy due to you loosing Tanker they are more aware about watching Chimera. He is a runner for sure one minute hes there and the next your hunting him down! :shock: Id love to get him a harness to!

Well, as promised. Pics of his viv. Pics of him today...chillin' again. Notice his arm hanging over the side of the hammock? Silly boy.
I'll get him out soon, and try a warm bath...maybe that'll encourage something...well, smelly?!

Kids.....they're all alike, even the scaley ones....the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence!

He's really cute, but I think its going to take him a few days to recuperate from his little excursion. In that second pic, he looks like he spent the night at a local bar and went on a bender! LOL You can tell how tired he is just by looking at his little face! I'm sure he's just as glad as you are that he's "home"! I'm so glad that you found him!

Wow!!! I'm so glad you found him!!!!!! I can't imagine!!! I've done some brief searches for lost critters, but none lasted longer than five minutes or so. I'd probably be hysterical after only 15 minutes, let alone two weeks!!!
