I would like to raise a cup of Chai to you ! Even if you got incorrect information, you went through the trouble of finding out what you could to do the best you could for this "special" family member !

I literally crammed as much information as possible (that I still remember!!!) as I could before I got my girl, because I only had a week to get things set up or I couldn't get her. I still read things on here that help me. :]

This site has been by FAR the most helpful one I've come across, as well as the reason I looked into adopting the girl I have instead of getting a little baby.






My girl is 4 years old and was never handled before I got her. :roll: Everyone's advice has helped me to have the patience and given me the strength and patience to not give up. I thought she was a lost cause at first (boy, she was viscous and mean! ), but after the stories I read, I knew that I could keep trying and definitely be rewarded. :] And I have been, very much so!

Unfortunately I found this site 5 days after getting Duke and I should've found it earlier! I had already gotten the ESU light and my basking temps were below 90 degrees! :shock: Luckily I came here and I learned so much. I can even help other people now which amazes me. I can't believe I learned so much about beardies here, plus I'm only 12. Sorry for rambling, I just want everyone to know how GREAT this place is!
