Foods for both my bearded dragon and russian tortoise

I just need a list of food of foods i can feed both of my pets in order to save time by preparing a salad for both of them at the same time. Such as keep it in a container and later serve it to either of my pets.

As far as I know the veg portion of their diets overlaps. Stick with lots of dark leafy greens like collards, turnip, mustard, dandelion greens etc. They can have squash and bell peppers too. Stick with this list and you should be in good shape http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html
