Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with those “omnivore mixes”? I feed my beardie fresh veggies regularly but sometimes when I’m in a hurry it would be nice to just use the mix. Any thoughts?

What type of mix are you talking about?

A salad mix, or are you talking like a powder or pellet?

I don't have any personal experience with that specific product, but in the past when i've tried items like that, they never got eaten.

It's something you could try for varieties sake, but I personally wouldn't rely on it as a staple type of meal if you know what I mean. But, there is nothing wrong with trying it.

I have heard a lot of good success stories with the repashy products, everyone that tries them seem to say their animals love it. Maybe you could look into that also?

If it's bottled or tinned or comes in a plastic packet, and comes as ready to use gel or in deccicated form . Leave it on the shop's shelves. UNLESS IT"S A FOOD EMERGENCY and you no fresh food is available.

Fresh food is best and much more nutritious and actually cheaper.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
