Few days mad active, 2 days sleepy ?

Hi all.
My 5 year old bearded dragon is getting on great most of the time, he eats well and seems active for a few days then for say 2 days he just wants to bask and lay around..
His lighting is good, 10.0+ Arcadia uvb and strong basking light.
He still eats when he is like this, but does not move about much, but when he is active, he is out most of the time and running about no problem.
Do they have off days where they just don't want to do anything? Is it normal?

That sounds pretty normal. Sometimes they just don't have as much energy as others. As long as he's generally active and is eating and pooping normally I wouldn't worry about it. It's even more common in adults like yours. Monitor his weight just so you have a good idea about how it's trending, but I wouldn't worry.
