Do you have pics of her ? It can be different for each dragon, but generally at least 17" and 325 grams. That's if the dragon is at least 14 months old because they grow at different rates and the dragon should have the chance to reach adult size. Some 14 month olds will be much bigger than that....but if they are smaller then it would be best not to breed such a small dragon. Even so, some small dragons carry eggs just fine but it's best not to take the chance.
A good average weight for a 19-20" dragon [ average female size ] would be in the 400 -500 gram range, but not much more. One thing that some owners don't realize is that a fat dragon can have more health problems during egg laying because the fat makes it difficult for the eggs to grow + move freely as they need to move down the reproductive tract....so fatter is not better.
But all beardies are different, just like people....it's not good to be too thin or too fat.
