Small superworms... good or bad for 3 month old beardie

I personally wouldn't just to be on the safe side. I'd stick to small silks, medium-large BSFL and small Dubias.
how big is your dragon right now? Once mine was about 13" -14"I began to give her a few small supers at a time and carefully monitored her poo and kept her well hyderated just to be extra safe and make sure she was able to handle them. She did great and I've been given them as treats ever since.
