What do Leopard Geckos eat? Can they eat superworms and dubias? Mealworms? How about fruit and veg?

Many people just feed mealworms and/or supers, but I'm skeptical due to their extremely poor nutritional content and their high chitin content. Waxworms can be used for treats, but that's it; they're just fat, with no real nutritional content. Dubia roaches work fine, as do crickets.

They are pretty strictly insectivores, and don't eat any fruits or veggies.

i fed both of mine crickets and locusts, they never really liked worms,
and i agree no veg.

I have fed mine mealworms, superworms, and crickets. They do not need a fruits or veggies.
