Feeding small vs large question

i have been feeding my little guys small crickets for a while well ever since i got them. I want to know if the larger ones could be feed to them, i understand the cricket should be no greater than the distance between their eyes, but my guys are about 8-10 inches long including the tail..

If you feed your dragons food that is too large it could cause impaction and they could die. The only exception to that rule are some worms. Silkworms and Hornworms are soft-bodied and can be larger if your dragon likes them. Why do you want to feed them larger crickets? Once your dragons get a bit bigger, you can feed them Superworms, but I'd wait until they are at least 16" from head to tail tip.

i would def wait too. 8-10 inches including the tail isnt very big... so yea. i would wait.

Even after they get big you might want to keep to the small ones. They digest them more effectively and more quickly. Plus there's no chance they will start making noise and you can order more for a lower price. If they grow it won't matter, because you would have ordered small enough to begin with.
