Feeding Routine

Can someone give me a healthy diet for a bearded dragon that will consist of Superworms and Salad. I'm thinking 5 superworms a day with salad, with the superworms being dusted with calcium 5 times a week and vitamins 2 times a week (possibly an occasional goliath worm). Is this a healthy feeding plan? If not what should i do to change it? (My beardie just got out of brumation so alittle rusty)

Little past a year old. 19 inches.

YES! I'm sorry, I meant to respond yesterday!
I'll tell you what I do with my adults...
They each get a salad everyday. I use collard greens mixed with either mustard or turnip greens and I grate some butternut squash in there too. As far as feeders, I use a staple of dubia and superworms. I personally let them eat as much as they want. I offer bugs in the morning, most of the time they refuse, sometimes they'll have 1-2. Then I offer again for dinnertime. I have some dragons who will eat 10-15 bugs per day and some that will eat 5-7 per day just depends. Some people say feed adults 5 per day but I don't think that criteria comes into play until they're 18 months and older or if they're overweight and very inactive. Hope that helps a little!

No, superworms are a good staple for older dragons.. Waxworms and butterworms have a higher fat content. Waxworms should only be fed occasionally if ever, and butterworms are a good treat as they are high in calcium. But supers are good as a everyday staple. Superworms are what I use as I can't deal with crickets, and supers are easy to keep for a long period of time... hope this helps...
