Feeding my 1 year old

Hey guys. My beardie Spy is nearing 1 year old and also getting low on her supers. My question is how often i should be feeding her live insects at this age. I dont want to order 500 more worms and only need to feed her lives every other day or anything. Shes getting around 3-4 supers a day now along with her calcium powder (3x a week) and her Collard greens (she goes inanse for these). Any advice is appreciated!

At that age you can start transitioning to the adult diet which consists of good nutritional greens and a variety of other veggies. You can give fruit such as berries once a week. The veggie portion should comprise around 75% or 80% of the diet with insects accounting for around 20%. Superworms are really high in fat and not well suited for a primary feeder...use as a treat. You may want to try other feeders such as roaches or black fly larvae. Dragons also love hornworms and silk worms. Beautiful Dragons has a link showing the nutritional value of various foods and which should be avoided. I don't know the link right off but you should be able to Google it easily.
