Eye looks funny

Hey everyone. I've had Charlie for going on 9 months now. She just hit 12 inches (yay!). For a little while her eye has been looking funky. No yellow pus or anything, it just looks jagged and sometimes it looks like it gets stuck, but then she'll pop it open. It almost looks like the gunk we get in our eyes (eye boogers). She's alert and has energy. She's eating. Her Temps range from 107 to 85 (warm to cool). I use a reptisun bulb (not compact, the tube). I have tile in her tank now. I've never used sand, just repticarpet and tile. Any thoughts?
