Enough Lighting/Temp?

Currently using the Zoo Med Deep Dome fixture, and PowerSun UV Mercury Vapor 100W bulb. Only reaching 96-97* basking. Is this okay?
Beardie is approx 8-10” under the lamp

Also using an additional 24” T8 ReptiSun 10.0 over the rest of the enclosure.
Enclosure is 36”L

That's the correct distance for the 100w PowerSun. The temps are a little low but pretty close. You might want to put a second fixture next to it with a halogen bulb on a dimmer or a heat projector/CHE on an on/off thermostat to kick in a few extra degrees as needed. What are you reading for temps on the cool side of the tank?

Cool side is approx 75* at the most

That's a good gradient. Can you move the MegaRay an inch or two closer and bump that basking surface up over 100?
