Eco Earth

Hi! We have a new dragon - approximately 6 weeks old - and we were told to use Eco earth for a substrate. It looks like slate or ceramic tiles might be a better option?

I would stick to a solid substrate like tiles or non adhesive shelf liner. The solid substrates are easy to wipe down and sanitize which is quite important.

Eco earth is a messy messy substrate, and on its own not great for dragons.

Thank you for the response! I have already switched to paper towel and I am going to buy a few tiles to use permanently. Also- on another note, received my first shipment of phoenix worms today and he is a VERY happy little dragon!
