Eating the temp. probe.

Yes that's what I said - eating the temperature probe. Apparently Rufus thinks the probe is a worm because he won't stop trying to eat it. It's suctioned to the side of the tank and it's most obviously not alive but every day he tries to munch on it.

Does anybody else have a weirdo pet?

Miso gave it a bite the first time she saw it aswell, she hasnt been quite as persistant as Rufus though!

Jasper swallowed his temp probe once. It was the only thing he ever ate voluntarily. :roll: Fortunately I was able to retrieve it without too much difficulty.

If it moves at all Gizmo will stake it out, watching it for hours, just in case, im sure it wont be too long before she tries to have a nibble, shes a minx when she wakes up!
