Eating green problems

Hey all, I have two beardies, one is about 2 months old and the other is 4-5 months old.

Neither of them will EVER eat greens, pellets, etc. All they want are crickets. Is this something to be concerned about?

I usually keep a dish of greens available in both of their tanks but they never touch it, but when I put crickets in there they eat just about all of them in one sitting with absolutely no problem.

They're going to the bathroom frequently, love being handled (the little one not so much because she is young and very unsure as to who the giant trying to pick her up is, but she likes handling sometimes). They both also love baths, they drink water from it occasionally, and are very active/alert.

My main concern is the fact that they won't touch their greens, should I be worried? I'm feeding them both about twice a day with crickets, is there something else I should try feeding them to substitute for the greens or am I worrying about nothing? Them not eating them at a young age doesn't mean they won't like them when they are older, correct? It's always offered, just denied.

Do not worry about. It takes some time for young dragons to start eating their greens. Just keep offering it to them. They will eventually come around.

Seeing two posts telling me to not worry about it is nice. I'll keep offering it to them in smaller amounts (gets expensive after a while). :) Thanks all!

Babies don't normally eat greens much. try making a mix of all different colors, green-yellow-orange ect there is a thing you can get that vibrates the food so that they move, a lot babies are interested in things that are moving... Also are you sure ur babies aren't eating them when u r not watching? For the first couple of weeks I was convinced that my baby was just throwing his greens around but one day when I got off work and went to turn on his lights he had a piece of greens sticking out of his mouth haha! :D :D :D Just don't worry too much its when they get to be adults that their nutrition needs change!

Babies need LOTS of protein to help them grow so no need to worry about them not eating their greens right now. Just keep offering them as many crickets as they can eat 2 to 3 times a day in about a 10 to 15 min timeframe each time. Always a good idea to have fresh greens available though in case they do decide they want to nibble on them.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
