Hey all, I have two beardies, one is about 2 months old and the other is 4-5 months old.
Neither of them will EVER eat greens, pellets, etc. All they want are crickets. Is this something to be concerned about?
I usually keep a dish of greens available in both of their tanks but they never touch it, but when I put crickets in there they eat just about all of them in one sitting with absolutely no problem.
They're going to the bathroom frequently, love being handled (the little one not so much because she is young and very unsure as to who the giant trying to pick her up is, but she likes handling sometimes). They both also love baths, they drink water from it occasionally, and are very active/alert.
My main concern is the fact that they won't touch their greens, should I be worried? I'm feeding them both about twice a day with crickets, is there something else I should try feeding them to substitute for the greens or am I worrying about nothing? Them not eating them at a young age doesn't mean they won't like them when they are older, correct? It's always offered, just denied.
