Eating Changes...Please Help

This just started today, but I try to find out what's going on, because we've lost a few beardies in the past.

Yoshi is about 9 inches from nose to tail. Hes in a 40g breeder, reptisun 10.0 uvb. We have a 100w heat bulb and also a 150w that we switch to for colder days. He's on non adhesive shelf liner. We got proper digital thermometers with the one on the hot side having a probe. The digital thermometer also measures humidity which is in recommended range.
Lights usually go on between 7:45-8am and go out at 9pm
After lights have been on an hour, at 9am, we feed him 40 medium reptiworms, which he chows down right away. Around 3pm he is given a 2nd feeding of 40 reptiworms which he eats right away. Then at 7pm we usually offer him about 15 or so crix which he eats most of them, but sometimes there may be 3-4 that he hasn't eaten. Plus we offer him collard greens during the day.

Well, today we slept in and I turned his lights on at 10:45am and fed him an hour later. He didn't go to his worms like he normally does, but instead had a poo, which was normal and had all it's parts. After that he went back on his basking rock cave thing and just is basking.

We went to run some errands and came back an hour and a half later and he still hadn't touched his worms. Our friend suggested hand feeding him. My husband tried, and Yoshi did eat some of the worms. My husband tried to put Yoshi by the dish and Yoshi ran back up to his basking area. He does look like he's gonna shed, but he's looked like that for about 2 weeks.

Could there be something wrong or some of the following we think...

Could he be getting ready to shed and not really hungry?
Could he just not be hungry just like humans sometimes get?
Is he getting bored of reptiworms?
Could he be mad because we didn't feed him at his normal time? (Yeah I know silly question, just trying to cover everything)
Do they slow down eating as it gets colder? He is only about 3-4months old, so not old enough for brumation.

Any help would be appreciated so much.

Update:

We gave him a bath lastnight..normal behavior plus he did end up pooping.

Today we fed him during his normal time..this time I just gave him 20 worms. He is still not eating any of them.

Please help, we do not know what to do or would could be causing this to happen

Well, he let me hand feed him a few worms..but I picked him up and noticed his belly was swollen. I am starting to suspect he might be impacted somehow.

Update 3:

Okay around 7pm he ate 15worms..i fed him some and then he ate the rest on his own. I gave him a bath around 10, started massaging his tummy..then starting noticing his skin was peeling away. So looks like this whole thing may be due to him going through shedding, just might be having a tough time with it. Other than giving him a bath every day, any other ideas to help him through this?

Update 4:

He has shed. I fed him 20 worms this morning, which looks like he's eaten most if not all of them. Then at 11am I noticed he was going through a shed.

So that's all it must have been was that he was shedding. We were so worried, because we've lost another dragon, so anytime something seems off with Yoshi, we worry like crazy. I'm gonna give him some more reptiworms at 3, his second feeding time and see how that goes.
