Easiest food source to breed

I am looking at breeding a food source for Spike. He is 12" and has only eaten live crickets. He has had dead crickets and meal worms in some juvie food and eats a variety of greens.

What is the easiest bug to breed for him?

Dubia roaches are the easiest healthy feeder insect to breed IMO.

at what size can you feed them to bearded dragons? I have read everything from 11" to 16" depending on who you talk to.

Any size dragon can eat dubia roaches.

They are just like crickets, you can buy them as babies, or you can buy them as larger.
